Traineeship

MasterShip Software BV creates software for the detailed design and work preparation of ships of all shapes and sizes. Our software uses the AutoCAD graphical environment and APIs for user interaction.

Assignment 1

We are currently looking for somebody who will convert our current (legacy) application menu to a Ribbon-style menu (like MS Office) for our software, using the AutoCAD API.

The project will cover the following aspects: 

  • Investigating the AutoCAD Ribbon API 
  • Creating a functional design and UI design using the possibilities of WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) 
  • Creating an implementation design 
  • Implementing/programming the Ribbon menu using C++ (preferably) or C#.NET 

Assignment 2

We are currently looking for somebody who will design and implement a testing framework for our software. The testing system should be able to (fully or partially) automate testing of our commands by simulating user input in a graphical environment.

The project will cover the following aspects:

  • Investigating the possible solutions 
  • Creating a functional design and UI design 
  • Creating an implementation design 
  • Implementing/programming the test framework using C++ (preferably) or C#.NET.
